Overview

You're about to learn the quickest way to offer your services online and to take part in out affiliate program.

Signing up

First of all you need a Counselor account. Click Free agent signup and fill in the form that will come up. Your registration data is not publicly visible on AmboCarta.

Once you're registered, you can always log in usgin the login box.

After registration or login, you'll find yourself in your personal login area with a navigation menu on the left hand side.

Your "About myself" page

To be listed in our catalog, you have to describe you and your services in a way that visitors will be able to find out whether you're the right counselor for them or not.

Clicking "About myself" in the navigation menu on the left may bring up the My personal data page, unless you've already entered your personal data before. Your personal data is not publicly visible. After saving, you'll see the "About myself" page.

Enter all information on your "About myself" page that others should know about you. All information on the "About mysqlf" page is publicly visible on the internet.
Important note: Don't use any texts or pictures you don't own the copyright for! Don't copy any pictures or texts from anywhere on the internet and paste them onto your "About myself" page. You may be sued by the copyright owners at any time.

After saving, you'll be visible in the catalog on www.AmboCarta.com. Your status is offline.

Setting your status "idle" in the catalog

You must be idle in the catalog in order to be available to visitors contacting you live. To achieve that, select Overview from the navigation menu on the left. Now open your virtual card table that provides all of the online-features.

Using the menu bar of your virtual card table, select Live – Show as idle.

Congratulations, you've made it! Now you're available for visitors to do live video chat, voice chat with you or take a seat at your virtual card table.

Going offline

To work with a virtual card table undisturbed, you need to be offline in the catalog. Select Go offline from the virtual card table's menu bar. To go back to your login area, selectTable – close. If you're calling it a day and want to log out, select Table – log out

Commission system

As a registered counselor you are also able to receive commissions for new users you bring to AmboCarta. Just copy your personal commission link from your login area under Overview, and paste it on your web site, your mail signature, forum signatures, etc. For each new visitor, counselor or affiliate you'll receive a commission on their turnover. You don't need a separate affiliate account on AmboCarta for that.
