Overview

You'll learn the fastest way to use services where fees are required on www.AmboCarta.com.

Sign up

First and foremost you need a Visitor-Account. Click Free visitor signup and fill in the following form.

Once you're registered, you'll be able to log in later using the Login box.

After registration or login, you'll find yourself in your personal login area with a navigation menu on the left hand side.

Charging your prepaid credit

Your available prepaid credit is directly visible in your login area. Clicking on the link next to it: Click here to raise credit brings you to a page where you can select the number of coins you want to buy. Then you only need to select a payment provider by clicking on their logo.

Now the payment provider's page will show, displaying the final amount of money your coins will cost. before you accept and continue the payment process as usual. At the end of the payment process, you'll be brought back to your login area.

Visiting counselors online

If your prepaid credit is charged, you can select a counselour from our catalog. You can visit all counselours marked idle. You'll also find the connection fee and a link to Connect now. Clicking that link will open a communications page where you can see that the Counselour is being called. Depending on your and the counselour's settings, you'll be able to chat by video, voice or use the counselour's virtual card table, maybe with video and voice, too.

Ending your visit

To close the connection to a counselour, select Table – close from the menu bar. That will bring you back to the catalog, where you can visit a different counselour. To log out completely, select Table – log out from the menu bar.
